First Day of School

We are so excited to welcome students back to school for the 2022-23 school year!

The first day of school for students is Tuesday, September 6th, with a start time of 8:40am and a dismissal time of 3:15pm. 

Homeroom lists with classroom numbers will be posted outside of all doorways for student and parent/guardian reference. Staff will be available outside to greet students and parents/guardians. 

Homeroom assignments for 2022-23 are as follows:

Kindergarten- Mrs. Arndt

Grade 1- Mrs. Ogrodnick

Grade 2- Mrs. Golka

Grade 3- Mrs. Taylor

Grade 4- Miss Chichak

Grade 5- Miss Culbert

Grade 6-Mrs. Josephison

Grade 7- Mr. MacGillivray

Grade 8- Mrs. Doerksen

Grade 9- Mr. Wong

Grade 10- Mr. Lindberg 

Grade 11- Mrs. Roth

Grade 12- Ms. Kerr

Despite the ongoing construction, we have been assured that all doors will be fully operational for the first day. Therefore, entry procedures will be as follows:

• Grades K-5 students will meet their teachers outside and will then enter the school through the following doors: 
  • Grades K, 1, 3: Main Door
  • Grades 2, 4, 5: South Door

• Grades 6-12 students will enter through the back doors and will then proceed to their assigned homeroom. Teachers will be by the doors and in the hallways to welcome them.
